everyone was very pleasant and helpful, they were not sure just what was wrong with me, I think it is inflamed saliva gland or saliva stone, however I am STILL quite sick
The front office staff and the medical team were personable and professional. My wait was short and the diagnosis was quick. All in all, a very good experience when you’re not feeling well.
On time courteous and efficient
I had a very severe asthma attack in the middle of the night Sunday Monday morning went to the tgh Urgent Care was greeted by a very friendly staff the wait wasn't long at all. The doctor was patient, asked questions, and prescribed a Nebulizer with Albuterol to which I was very grateful.
Great and timely service
When I use fast track urgent care I know they always have amazing staff and the doctors are always very knowledgeable. The level of care provided by TGH Urgent Care is top notch.
Everyone was extremely nice and had very positive and friendly attitudes. Dr. Rosemary Victoria and LPN Anita Hayes were fantastic practitioners. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Victoria has a great sense of humor too. They were all wonderful overall!
They very kind, excellent service, very clean, the waiting wasn’t long. I recommended.
