PA-C Julia was very good. Explained X-ray and asked if I had any questions. The only criticism I have is that I had an 11:00 Am appointment and wasn't seen until about 12:15. Other than that, it was a good experience.
Very efficient. Also, they followed up the next day. They recommended and arranged a referral for me. Very pleased and the entire staff was very upbeat and friendly.
Every staff member at TGH Urgent Care was incredibly professional, respectful, and helpful. Thank you for helping my family get healthy and for your time and attention!
The waiting time with an appointment was 30 minutes. There were a couple of emergency lacerations so I understand . Everyone was very nice and professional. The Physician Assistant was especially kind and helpful …lots of information given.
Very nice experience, didn’t have to wait that long. They took me in Accessed me took the test came back negative I’m happy. Your office is my go to when we get sick and it always on the weekend.
No wait very clean professional thorough exam
Wish the doc had listened to me and prescribed the antibiotic I know works. Here I am still dealing with this.
Very efficiently run staff is kind and caring
The staff was courteous and professional. We waited in our car and they phoned us when they were ready to see us.
