I booked my appointment online, for 10:15 - I arrived earlier at 10:10.. filled out paperwork and was ready and finished at 10:15 I had to wait for almost a full hour before I was seen. Once I was seen my male nurse that saw me was not welcoming or asking about why I was there - he just took my vitals and walked away- didn’t tell me to follow him and then they brought another patient in the room with me and said I was not supposed to be in that room- my nurse never told me that I was switching rooms or to follow him, so tha... read more
