Great staff - admin and medical team. Genuine, Supportive, Knowledgeable. In, diagnosed, problem solved and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend Fast Track!
Very courteous staff and fast getting you taken care of.
I was seen very quickly, even though there were several others waiting to be seen. I used the reservation system you have available. Very pleasant staff, and was even able to have my x-ray taken there too.
arrived around 10am..sign in, fillout paperwork, etc. did not get called til 1130. did not seem that crowded either. looks like Urgent Care is not that urgent. did not know there was an online appointment setter feature, will use this next visit.
The staff were friendly. The physician was outstanding, we love Dr. Fromman. My only criticism is that I booked my appointment online and entered information that was supposed to make my intake/appointment more efficient. Yet, when I arrived I still had to fill out forms with a lot of information you already have and I had entered online. There seems to be a disconnect. It'd be nice if this could get addressed. I requested an appointment with a male doctor and I was informed that I needed to go south Tampa location to be able to have an appointment which I did. After waiting for one hour over my scheduled appointment time I was called in. For my surprise there was no male doctor for my appointment due to the fact the doctor had called off early in the day. It was a such waste of time for me, added to the distance that I drove, the extra time I had to wait for my appointment and on top of that not have the appointment. Not good at ... read more
