Quick... accurate and professional.
The front desk person was very helpful and nice. The Dr.s were great and the process was quick. Only waited avout :30/:40 mins 2 days after Christmas. Thank you!
I should have made appointment! Wait was long but that was my fault.
The front desk staff was friendly and I was taken back quickly. I have visited this location several times. I have had better experiences with the male providers than with the female provider. While I was provided with antibiotics, I felt that the provider did not ask enough question to fully understand what was going on, nor did she provide guidance as to what I should do to feel better in the short term (e.g., Advil, decongestant) I was told lots of fluids and wait a few days before taking the antibiotic.
I decided after 5 days of having what I thought was a simple yet brutal cold, I went to fast track. I chose the wrong day and time to go. Friday, after work. There were many people in the waiting room and I had to wait nearly stop 3 hours before all was said and done to see the doctor. I loved the doctor, she was very good and very thorough. When I finally got in from the waiting room, I was sent to a room where I saw the doctor first and they would do my vitals later in order to save a little time. In conclusion, the doctor... read more
