Outstanding staff! Dr and nurse practitioner very professional and knowledgeable. Office staff very polite and efficient. Wait time reasonable for busy afternoon.
My visit, including paperwork and waiting for meds, was about one hour. Front desk staff and triage were very professional and friendly. Dr Nanda was warm and thorough during exam and listened to my concerns and answered questions. He gave specifics regarding medications and instructions. It was convenient to have meds available at the urgent care so I did not need to make additional stops and go directly home. Being able to make an appointment online was beneficial as it kept the wait time to a minimum. Thank you!
