The service was great. Waiting time was less than 30 minutes. Staff was very professional. This was my first time going to TGH urgent care. I would recommend this facility for an emergency if you can see your own physician.
Even though it was busy while I was there, I was still treated in a reasonable amount of time. The Dr and Asst were very thorough. I left with scripts called in for my bronchitis and sinus infection. Very pleased. Every time I go there I’m very satisfied.
waiting time before seeing professionals was minimal. Professionals were very experienced and knowledgeable on my illness. Would always come here first!

I had never been to an urgent care or a hospital in the Tampa area, and as much as I hate going alone I was very much pleased with my visit. Very efficient, and courteous. Mo. Cale D.O. Did an amazing job, along with Haley who had assisted him as well. I feel very comfortable on going back and am very thankful for all they did.
I was treated very well by the staff. Ms. Katina, she's a Nurse Practitioner , is so compassionate and kind. Thank you for serving our area. Very convenient for us.
