This is the best Urgent Care around. The staff was friendly and NP Linda Rhinelander was amazing and thorough.
The Frommann-Santiago-Salazar Team are simply awesome! Clean rooms. Short wait. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The people at the front desk could have been friendlier. A good morning Morning, how are you would have been nice. The young lady who took my vitals, I believe her name was Neeci, was warm and very pleasant. The second young lady who came to talk to me was pleasant, but did not introduce herself, and neither did the man who took my x-rays. Also, I was not comfortable with a man taking my x-rays alone in a room, since I had to bring my pants down to my knees and all he gave me to cover myself was what looked like a paper towe... read more
Made an appointment and easy check in. The two page form requests some of the same info, so it should be improved.
The service was excellent from the front desk to the medical professionals I dealt with. The wait was very long, but I did not have an appointment and there were a handful of people who did.
