It was great experience over all. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the facility is clean and well kept. We appreciate the precautions you guys are practicing! We felt safe! However... scheduling app at 3pm, we showed up at 2:30 to fill out all the paper work needed to make sure we are going to be seen o time, but still had to wait until after 3:30 sometimes to be called in.

One of the few Urgent Care centers that would see me with a fever instead of turning me away during the Pandemic. They were polite, quick & efficient. Much better experience than the last time I was there. They put me at ease and were able to diagnose me accurately. Great staff and experience from front desk, technician, and finally to provider. I'm feeling so much better.

The doctor was thorough and prescribed medications that are really helping.When you have bronchitis during a pandemic, it can be a bit scary. She told me exactly what to look for as I recovered so I would know if I was getting better or if I needed to be seen in person.
