Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and professional. I had tried to go to 2 urgent care centers and couldn't get in due to the fact I had no cell phone to contact them. The doors were locked. I went to Big Lots and a cashier told me about TGH urgent care and I am glad she did. From now on my emergencies will be at your door step. Susan APRN, was excellent !!! It was a pleasure to physically be able to see and speak to someone about my symptoms and concerns. I haven't been able to see any of my TGH Neurology / Cardiology Stroke doctors since I was discharged on July 29. Needless to say I'm not a big fan of the Telemed / Virtural process. Danny Someillan

They took care of my problems. Very nice & professiona. I believe the Dr's name was Susan, she was great!
Short wait time, nurse Practioner was excellent. She explained everything she did herself and ordered. Got a call 3 days later re: Covid-19 test results. When I returned their call the wait times were 15 minutes to talk to someone because of the high number of people getting tested Would recommend this for Silletti and will return when necessary.
