I was given a pulmonary test which I was totally unfamiliar with. The Pulmonary Therapist/Technician explained the procedure immediately when asked. I was impressed by his calm demeanor and efficiency. The test took 1 1/4 hours but seemed like it had just been 30 minutes. I left calm which amazed me because the test was needed to determine the cause of my shortness of breath that can cause panic when it occurs. Very quick and easy
My only complaint was the wait on the phone to speak to someone. Once I was seen, your staff was friendly and professional, from the front desk personnel to the MA and the PAs. They collectively and patiently answered all my questions.
My experience was very good. I been there before and it’s always been a very positive experience. The frost desk very welcoming and professional. The PA I saw was so good and took time with me. It’s the only place my family and I use when our primary isn’t available. Thank to each of you. Sharon Waters
