All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Loved how fast the service was but personally would never come back. I don’t feel the doctors fully take their time to understand exactly what’s going on and then still prescribes medicines and says, “only if you need it.” But nothing to actually make you feel better now. The main priority is too much on time and not enough on patients well being.
