All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Very friendly atmosphere
Navigating the healthcare world is beyond stressful and complicated. Customer service has taken a back seat to safety and often, rightly so. With that said, I cannot say thank you enough to the PA, Neil, and the rest of the staff on Saturday evening. You guys made what could have been a traumatic and embarrassing visit as easy as it could have possibly be and I am just really thankful.
