It was a very smooth and quick process. The person who took care of my test went the extra mile to assist me. I met him when he was setting up the signs before opening. He asked my name so that he could go ahead and prepare the test kit so that I didn't have to wait additional time. It was a good customer service experience. I don't know his name.
