All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Fantastic patient experience. Entire staff and Dr Politz answered all my questions and they updated my husband in the waiting room during my surgery. TGH is a world class operation with a world class staff.

I'm a retired O.R. Circulating Nurse after 30 year. From the front desk to the discharge Nurse, I would rate the entire staff who caried for me as one of the best. Everyone was FRIENDLY, compassionate and knowledgeable. I'm accustom to hiring mote than being at patient, but I'vee I've been on the patient's side many times - so I think MY opinion survey should hold more weight. And I was so impressed. Great! Even though the clinic was busy, there was only a short wait The nurse practitioner was thorough and knowledgeable. She even followed up with a call later on to tell me my test result and see that I was okay.
Jenny, at the front desk, did a great job registering patients, directing pre-op patients to the outdoor test site, and generally acting as traffic director all with no assistance for the first hour that I waited. Wait time was long (1 1/2 hours before I was seen by nurse and PA). However, I know that with the resurgence of Covid cases, it was not the fault of the staff. Easy and efficient.
Everyone was courteous and helpful. From my check in to thru covid testing (super patient with me) to my injection and explaining the big words on my chest xray.
