Check in was very easy and the receptionist was extremely friendly. I very much enjoyed the lady who administered my drug test, she was very friendly, very professional, and very calming when it came to waking me through the process. I would very much recommend for anyone to go to your facility
Great experience for lab work. In and out and also very clean and professional.
Overall my experience was good. The only issue was with my blood pressure. Both the medical assistant and I were a little puzzled by the reading. Instead of manually verifying the reading she just asked me what it usually is. When I received my discharge papers the numbers listed were what I had mentioned, not the actual reading.
The doctor showed real concern and the office staff was exceptional. Definitely was a pleasant experience !

I have used this facility a couple of times over the years. I have always gotten fast services by a highly concerned medical professional (Doctor or PA). They take time to research and explain what is going on. Everyone has always been friendly. I highly recommend Fast Track Urgent Care if you have an issue that can’t wait for your primary care physician.

I checked in less than 5 minutes. Then 2 minutes later the nurse call me up to the window and made sure she had my order. And then 3 minutes later I was called back to have my blood drawn. So my whole trip was only 15 minutes. It was great service and all the nurses were wonderful.
Always have a good experience here. Wish they could be my PCP doctors. Listen intently, and have the auxiliary services to help in diagnosis and treatment. Everyone is very professional and that is most welcome in these trying days. And, most of all they listen and I can have a meaningful conversation regarding my illness. Thank you.
