All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
I was surprised at how well it went. The physician was good and explained everything in terms that were understandable.
I waited longer than I expected even with an appointment
I wasnt Impressed with the NP, Melissa. She wouldn’t give me antibiotics except cough syrup and nasal spray yet said could turn into Bronchitis. Also she waited until the end of the examine coming back in with instructions and asked if my mom and I wanted a Covid test. So we would have to wait another 15 minutes when she could of asked sooner before she left the room for 15 minutes. Giving a COVID test shouldn’t be a option for the patient in my opinion to rule out COVID.
I experienced: The shortest wait time ever! Place is very clean Personnel is polite and courteous. I’ve been there many times and it’s consistently perfect!!! A++++
