Fast efficient service.
On my most recent visit yesterday, wait time was minimal. Healthcare professionals were diligent. The physician on duty was attentive to my concerns, communicated and interviewed effectively. He also prescribed what was needed for my medical condition. I usually come to this Urgent Care office so they take care of family's medical needs; at every visit, I leave this place fully satisfied knowing the medical diagnose was accurate and the situation was well- taken care of. The experience was great, however, I just received an bill for services paid in full. Now I have to deal with billing is an issue.
I was impressed with the immediate attention to me when I walked in. And their urgency to address my needs
