All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I met with a PA named Jerimiah. He was intelligent and professional. He offered two options for my issue and discussed both with me to make a decision with him. I appreciated that since it made me feel as if I had a role in my care.
I have been using your Westchase location since it was opened many years ago. Consistent excellent service and results.

I was able to book an appt 1 hour before I needed to be seen. I was seen within 30 min of my appt time. The NP was great, made a spot on diagnosis! She forwarded me to E/R to get a CT scan thankfully bcz she was correct and I was admitted for surgery. I am home on the mend and send thanks to all of the compassionate, efficient staff at the Sheldon Rd, Tampa facility.

Nursing staff was very good but be very specific that they know where you want your prescription called and know the time. Frame it is called in. Also make sure you give the specific number you want the office to reach you if there is a problem.
