The front staff were very friendly as well as the nurse who took me to the doctors room and checked my blood pressure and temperature. I was not impressed with the male doctor I saw and felt that he did not take the time to treat me properly with the medication he prescribed for me. I had an ear infection that was severe and had my inner ear completely closed off. This was even noticeable by the intake nurse. She took the time to explain and give me the appropriate medication to treat my infected ear. The doctor even did a follow up phone call to see how I was during. I have called 4 times for Carol, the office manager, and she has never returned my call. I have been unhappy about my bill, talked with the billing office multiple times, the medical director and Carol. But she has never responded back to me after we talked on Feb 22...
Staff was friendly and was seen quickly. After 3 emergencies took place. Gave samples of what would help as well as coupons. Copay was great as they accepted my insurance. Will return instead of the emergency room!
Fast and Efficient
All personnel was friendly and professional. Did not have to wait at all. Medication provided is working and I am feeling better.
I had a long wait but I was grateful to see a medical professional as I was feeling terrible. The folks there were polite and professional. The Nurse Practitioner listened to my symptoms explained his diagnosis in language I could understand . Besides being a long wait I had a positive experience.
Poor customer service.
