The front staff were very friendly as well as the nurse who took me to the doctors room and checked my blood pressure and temperature. The doctor was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. She took the time to explain and give me the appropriate medication to treat my infected ear. The doctor even did a follow up phone call to see how I was during. Staff was friendly and was seen quickly. After 3 emergencies took place. Gave samples of what would help as well as coupons. Copay was great as they accepted my insurance. Will return instead of the emergency room!
Fast and Efficient
All personnel was friendly and professional. Did not have to wait at all. Medication provided is working and I am feeling better.
I had a long wait but I was grateful to see a medical professional as I was feeling terrible. The folks there were polite and professional. The Nurse Practitioner listened to my symptoms explained his diagnosis in language I could understand . Besides being a long wait I had a positive experience.
I had used Fast Track Urgent Care once in the past several months ago and was very pleased. So in this most recent instance when I needed urgent care, I opted to go to Fast Track again versus an urgent care facility I previously used. Was very pleased with the fast check-in and only waited a few minutes before being seen. Mario and Allison were great. I went in with severe shoulder pain and they couldn’t have done enough to get me calm and comfortable. Made me feel so much better by the time I left. I would definitely recommend this place.
