Easy to make an appointment online. Was seen relatively quickly (due to higher acuity patients). Provider was professional, thorough, and listened to my input and questions.
Check-in was easy (although it would be faster if TGH patient records were available to them). The wait wasn’t long. Once I was taken to a room it was only 5 minutes or so before I was seen. The doc was very professional, easy to talk to and thorough.
Upon arrival I was greeted by a wonderful staff. Wait time was minimal. The dr that treated me was kind and knowledgeable. Overall my visit was pleasurable and accurate as usual.
The service I received was exquisite and the Nurse Practitioners were cordial and knowledgeable.
