All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Everyone was Great! Especially the doctor.
The care from the P.A. was wonderful. There was an incident that was handled in a way after working at an Urgent Care, and Emergency Room combined for over 28 yrs shocked the heck out of me. When you have a patient who comes in totally messed up. You don't let them leave. The lady's friend brought her back in twice and there was no one to help to get her in the back, before help came for her. Very unprofessional. Everyone was really nice and efficient.
Everyone from the beginning of admittance to all the nurses and doctors has treated me like I was someone they actually cared about. Everything I asked for or about was never ignored. You can get good care from a hospital which is important but when you can get good care and be cared about .,...well that is priceless. Thankyou so much for just doing your job.

PA was great
Able to get in without long wait. Able to get flu and. Covid test . Fortunately I had neither, but received good education to resolve issues.
Check in process was very easy. Office was busy, but was in and out in just over an hour. The np, Victoria , was knowledge and kind. Office staff was kind and Respectful. Also was very convenient that I could get my medication there before I left.
