The phlebotomist that was supposed to do a normal blood draw did not know what she was doing. She did not have enough experience. She poked me with the same needle twice in two different areas. That is very wrong.!! I told her from the get-go I am a very hard stick. She decided to try anyway as soon as I told her to not stick me anymore, she walked out of the room and then I got a referral to go to the lab a few miles away I went to the lab and told the same thing I am a very hard stick. Staff was friendly and professional. Examination was thorough, my questions were answered. I was given detailed info.
They were fast calling me in and they were every pleasant .. the doctor was attending and explained everything that was happening to so thank you for having great stuffs on duty
