All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I saw Heather Greer yesterday and she was great. She was super nice and easy to talk with and I just really felt that I was in good hands. Same goes with Esther who took my vitals and performed the strep test swab. She was also really nice and helpful. Great overall experience from checking in to checking out, and all under an hour I was in and out!
The attention that i received from the front desk to the physician was an excellent experience. In addition the wait time was minimal.
Dr. Nanda was polite and caring, and efficient but still thorough and took the time to listen. I'd recommend him again absolutely. The support staff was good and certainly not rude, but the wait time even with an appointment seemed rather long when you weren't busy.
Fast and courteous service. I received great care and was satisfied with the entire experience.
I would highly recommend your facilty, from the greeting to the exit, the staff was incredible. Friendly and very caring about my problem and the care I needed. Follow up was also good,.keeping me informed on what was happening.
