I was feeling absolutely miserable when I walked in. The check in process was quick, and we got in to see the physician quickly, too. Not only did she check me out, she also proactively treated my husband so he didn't get the flu as well. She even had me laughing at some point during my visit. While I wasn't feeling better immediately after my appointment, I did feel like I was taken care of by this office.
I came in Sunday afternoon for an outer ear problem that was infected, and I was seen by the PA. She diagnosed it very quickly which confirmed what I thought the problem was. She was quite friendly and warm which I very much appreciated. She cautioned me about returning to follow up after 72 hours if the antibiotic was not helping to clear the infection.
The staff was friendly and the doctor listened to me and had great manners.
Very helpful suggestions to a vexing medical issue. Still have not heard from referred doctors.
