The process was smoother than expected. I came in and within 2 hours was taken care of.
I made an appointment online for 12:00. I arrived at 11:52 & signed in. I waited until after 1:00 then talked to the receptionist & stated I had an appointment at 12:00 & she said there were no appointments taken. Two patients signed in at least 20 minutes after me & stated they were walk-ins & were called back to see the doctor before I was. Fantastic! All was Explained extremely well.
The check in took awhile. I thought all my information was on record from previous visits to the Wimauma office.
Seen in timely manner and PA was knowledgeable. Place was dusty on a display and other areas unclean.

Overall experience was fine. The environment was clean and front desk staff was friendly. I don’t necessarily feel my care was completed in a manner that TGH upholds but I am sure there were more serious patients to see than me. As a nurse who works at the main hospital, I was disappointed that I left feeling brushed off and unheard. As soon as the NP found out I was a nurse, her entire attitude changed and she couldn’t get me out fast enough.
