Okay, i did not have to wait long for a doctor, staff was very helpful and nice.
The wait was really long but the service once we got in was great.
Efficient, quick service, front desk personnel were very kind.
It was the best Urgent Care experience that I have ever had. The staff was friendly. The wait time was very short in the lobby. I also went back and was seen immediately unlike some places where you sit in the room and wait for extended periods of time. It was an excellent experience.
Dr. Williams was very nice and attentive. Very thorough exam.
Short wait time and kind nurse. She was personable and helpful in answering questions.
The office staff was super helpful, the nurse practitioner was genuine and warm, straight to the point, and funny. Great experience all around.

The overall experience was all in all great. From staff to provider. The waiting time may need some improvement but, I mean you have to wait anywhere you go.
