All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I went on-line and selected a 12:00 pm appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and brought all the paperwork with me that I printed from the website. I didn’t get in to see anyone until after 1:00 pm. I’m not impressed with your scheduling system as several people arrived after me and went in before me. I did not get out until after 2:00 pm. The nurses & PA were efficient once you got in.

I called your Riverview, FL facility and was immediayely given a same-day appointment at the time I requested. Upon arrival, the receptioned provided me with the necessary paperwork to complete prior to my exam. Within 10 minutes of my arrival, I was called in to have my vital signs taken, then taken directly to an exam room. The examining physician's assistant arrived, conducted the exam and made her diagnosis and called in a prescription, all within a few minutes.
