All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

First visit there, pleasant for the most part. Front desk, check-in, Spanish lady- very nice and accommodating. Pleasant and customer service oriented. Nurse that took my vitals, friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor - very nice, concerned, answered all my questions and addressed all possibilities. Walked me to the check out counter to an African American lady was, who was not at all pleasant. Very short and snappy, seemed agitated and in a hurry to dismiss me. I always get awesome service at this location and the customer service is beyond reproach
The nurse practitioner I had was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything to me. She not only knew exactly how to treat me but also ordered a nebulizer for home use that I have had to use daily. I am still on the mend but I thank the staff for being friendly & knowledgeable. The two secretaries up front, one was friendly the other one that is African American could definitely stand to be a lot friendlier. Late Friday night and I’m dehydrated from a stomach flu. I made an online appointment, check in was pretty quick, minimal wait, the doctor was quick to set me up with an IV drip, strong anti-nausea medicine and I felt like a new person. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
Everyone was very nice and the facility was neat and clean. The wait time wasn’t great, but I was not feeling well, so it’s tough to be objective in that regard. Dr. Williams was very friendly and I am glad she took care of me. She used humor to put me at ease and was very accommodating.
