All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Fast and efficient service.
This is my second time to visit the Riverview office and the process of using the website to book an appointment (for the same day) was easy and the wait time once I arrived was minimal. Once I saw the doctor, it was fast easy exam and solution to my painful lower back (sciatica nerve pain causing inability to lay down and numbness in toe. Fast and efficient
Everyone was very fast and professional
Staff very pleasant. Office was very clean. Wait time was a little over an hour and half and no one updated on time line. Only comment was "We try to see everyone 30 minutes to 1 hour". A few people left because the wait time was so long. Also, I think children should have preference or triage. My 4 yr daughter upon arrival had 102.9 fever. Ibuprofen was administered and by the time we were seen her temperature had gone down to 99.9. I've been to many urgent care's in past and never waited long.
