Everybody was very nice and very helpful! Especially the doctor that saw me there was so sweet to me and even waved my bill for me cause i had to go to the ER. Amazing staff and definitely my number 1 urgent car clinic.

Facility was clean and well organized. Front desk staff were efficient but not welcoming. Wait time was excessive (1+ hour). PA Hope Zak was fantastic. Meds prescribed were available in-house which was a good thing, as I felt very out of sorts and did not feel like driving to a pharmacy. Overall, I appreciated the convenience of Fast Track TGH on a Sunday. Thank you.
All staff encountered were pleasant.
I was treated with respect and in a courteous manner. I saw the nurse practitioner within 50 minutes on a busy day when so many of us had viruses or respiratory infections. I am thankful for this walk in option.
Overall, it was a great experience except for the long wait.
