All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. FROM CHECK IN TO THE TIME I WAS DONE WITH MY PHYSICAL, THE STAFFS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. BUT, who really shine out most was DR. Williams. If she had her own practice, I love her to be my MD. She was very articulate and thorough with her assessments and concerns. She really impress me with her skills. Thanks to all the staff that were part of the team I saw that day. May God bless you all for what you do.

Quick to check in wasn’t a long wait time. This was my first time at this riverview location, however I was more than impressed with how they took my allergic reaction. They had knew right away how to help and took me more seriously allowing me to explain what the issue was. I am also feeling a lot better, thank you for your help!!
I came in during the Covid-19 testing, which was stressful for everyone. I had called about 10 places before i called TGH and they were open! I was so grateful. The girl at the front desk was so kind to me and so was my nurse and doctor (i think she was an RN technically). The staff was amazing and treated me amazingly
Fast service and the NP really took her time talking to me.
