Wait time was about an hour but the APRN that saw me was amazing. I believe her name was Jena- she was super personable and made me feel relaxed. The office called me back after my culture to inform me of results within 2 days. Will come back if I ever need to and will ask for Jena!
I was tested for covid-19 and I was glad that the Nurse there initiated the test because I didn't realize I had it. I'm quarantined now and focusing on getting better.
On time and very professional
Staff is extremely friendly and professional. There was a bit of a wait but all biosecurity measures were well in place for the safety of the staff and the patients. The staff made me feel very comfortable and confident.
