All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. The staffs were friendly and doing their best to accommodate each patients that comes in the office. I would recommend this Urgent Care and giving them 5 stars.
The visit with the provider was fantastic The front office staff was professional The only concern is the MA saw myself and my daughter in the same room but there was no cleaning of equipment between obtaining my vitals and my daughter. Being a medical professional that is concerning especially during these times. Thank you
I made an appointment online For 10:00am I was seen at 11:00am. With the increase in Covid numbers and the extra time needed to clean and provide safety is more important than the tome line. The staff at the front desk were awesome. They take a lot of heat from those not understanding the extra time needed and and their insurance issues. I am very proud of how they handled themselves. The doctor I saw was also excellent and the nurse who saw me first. I’m 100% satisfied with my visit.
Fast in and out...nurse that preformed my test has excellent patients skills and made my day..I would definitely make this my go to places when my family needs medical attention..
