All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. The nurses and all the other employees are very professional. The nurse told me to take my mother to the hospital and they found she had a stroke. Days later she called me asking about my mother health. Thanks for the good service from her.
I came in to get a rapid covid test on Saturday the 20th as I had to return to New York on Southwest airlines on Sunday the 2st. The staff were concerned that I needed the 3 day test per Southwest guidelines. They researched until they concluded the rapid test would be fine. They were kind and considerate throughout. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was in and being seen in less than 20 minutes. My experience greatly exceeded my expectation. I hope I never need to go back, but this will be my first choice in the event of another medical emergency.
