Although I had gone to the website to sa when I would arrive, it was still a 40 minute wait. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and through. He checked to be sure that the prescriptions he was giving didn’t interact with my current meds. I though he did a great job.
They gave prompt, professional care when needed. Dr. Collins was great.
Environment was very clean, chairs comfortable, staff were professional, pleasant and very accommodating
It wss easy to set up an appt. Everyone was nice and friendly. I got right in and was seen quickly.
Front desk experience was awful, desk clerks were telling everyone that they had 11 to 12 people in front of them and it could be 2 hours before seeing the doctor. She suggested coming back at 8:00 am the next morning. This was at 5pm so I decided to leave and come back in 2 hours. I arrived the second time at 7:05 pm and the same desk clerk told me I had 10 people ahead of me. The back office was great and Stacey was wonderful to help me. The front office lacked in friendliness and wasn’t the least bit helpful.
It was great from start to finish.9
Better then going to my regular doctor who is not as close!
I signed up for an appointment through my chart at TGH and arrived at my appointment early . I sat for 3 1/2 hours after my appointment time before I was called back. The online process is the worst I’ve ever seen. It should not give you an appointment time request but tell you just go sit in line. The front desk receptionist were phenomenal and great. Everybody I saw while they were great. The only issue is the system.
