My 11 year old had an appointment to be seen at 10am. We were a few minutes late but were told it was no problem. We filed out our paperwork and then were taken to the back. The medical assistant was very professional and took a thorough history. Once the PA came in he explained everything to my son ensuring he understood. He was tested for flu and COViD which were negative. We were given an RX of antibiotics for a sinus infection. We were out of the office within an hour.
