Service was fast and Marisa Pelles PA-C took her time explaining treatment for COVID19 in a way I felt she really cared about me the patient.
There was only a short wait to see a professional. She was caring and explained the situation carefully. I was given Paxlovid. This week I feel much better and have tested negative for Covid. Thanks to TGH.
Other than the first receptionist, she was unfriendly but I think I got their just before her shift was over, she had me fill out paperwork. The receptionist who took my paperwork was very kind and when I was leaving said she hoped I felt better. The rest of the staff were very nice. The ARNP was genuine and gentle
From the receptionist at the office to Kimberly Frack were very professional and sincere. Kimberly explained everything to me and even called me back an hour later to be sure I understood about the current medication I was taking to stop during this time. She suggested I call my Dr. To be sure I am taking it at the right time each day Thank you all for all you did for me!
It was a good experience. I did think that a follow up phone call would have been nice to address any concerns I might have had after my fall from the stairs.
Short wait time and PA-C was excellent: Careful, thoughtful, respectful professional and caring. Highly recommended
The wait was minimal, and the staff friendly and courteous. Both of those are appreciated greatly when someone is not feeling well.
