Took a REALLY long time to be seen. Not many people waiting but took 2 hours to go to the back.

Was able to set a time of arrival. When I got there the wait was minimal after completing paperwork. Exam was efficient, testing & diagnosis seem correct. Wish all urgent care was like this.

Dr. Elizabeth Herman was very polite and courteous. Did an assessment, and informed me of the plan of care and I was happily on my way to recovery. She also let me know that if I was not feeling better soon to reach out to her which was very assuring. The entire staff was amazing.
