They were fast, professional and thourough.
The Doctor was nice but she was very talkative and seemed more interested in talking than discussing my symptoms. I felt like crap and wasn’t in the mood for conversation. Check out took a while since there were 3 people up front and only 1 person knew how to check in and check out. So I had to wait for the 1 person to finish checking in other patients.
My family always uses Fast Track when we can’t get to our primary care for things that pop up. We feel we get excellent care in a clean professional environment. It’s also convenient and quick. Thankful to have such a good urgent care close.
X-ray tech and doctor at the Wesley chapel location were awesome.
Care was good, but staff acted like it was a big inconvenience that I showed up :-/
