Your front desk staff was not unkind but did not seem very happy to be there. I learned that they work a long 12-hour shift, which looked to be a bit much. Seems like a long day to expect staff to remain friendly. The attending nurse was excellent and very congenial. The attending physician's assistant was very nice, and patiently listened to me. Everyone was professional and seemed genuinely concerned about me. They saw me in a timely manner. I have recommended Fast Track to others and they have been very pleased.

I was taken care of right away,very professional care
Arrived on a Friday evening. Was seen within 15 minutes of completing registration. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. I advised I was visiting the area and wanted to make sure I did not have flu. A thorough exam and interview was conducted. No flu! The practitioner was attentive and talk to me about my condition. Advised me to come back if symptoms were not better in a day or so.

Appointment was within 2 hours of calling. Reception ladies were efficient and friendly. PA was wonderful! Had 2 procedures done while there. Excellent service, short wait time. Highly recommend!!
in general everything is ok, except 2 thinks: 1- We were waiting much time to review us 2- There was a mistake and you send the order an other CVS pharmacy different to my soliciting, and when We arrived, they said don't receive nothing and I call your Office to correct it and send again to the CVS correct, whit delay of 30 minutes. Do you understand this?
Katrina was a delight when I felt so terrible. It was quick and easy.
