Had neck pain. Received steroid shots, anti inflammatory pills and steroid pills. Staff was nice and helpful. Felt better for a few days, but still have a pinched nerve

I was a new patient & I was treated very well. Did not have to wait very long even though it was pretty busy. Everyone was very professional & courteous. I highly recommend Fast Track Urgent Care.

I had a terrible reaction to poison ivy. I was seen quickly, efficiently and given a shot, medication and a prescription had been called in to my pharmacy. Before I left I had detailed instructions as to my care plan. All was completed in less than 20 minutes!
Everything was good but maybe because I made it to the clinic 30 minutes before closing, the rushed everything. The payment was done before hand , usually is done at the end, the nurse did not show any interest in what I es saying. Even wrote down I was there for a sore throat, which was not the case. My blood pressure was high and she did not care to tell me. Friendly, professional, and fast.
Being a senior citizen every pain becomes one of concern. This is my very first time visiting a walk in clinic for myself. From the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was very nice. Should I ever have another scare I will be coming to Fast Track.
