There was little to no wait. I completed the paperwork and was called back to a room soon after. The front desk staff were professional and personable. The PA that treated me was kind and very knowledgeable.
Your staff was friendly and efficient. I saw the Physician's Assistant and she was very nice and knowledgable. I didn't know there was an Urgent Care facility so close to my home. If I need urgent care in the future I will definitely go to you facility again. Thank you for helping me.
The provider Michelle Hinson P.A. was very nice and easy to talk to and my daughter felt comfortable with her doing her sports exam I work in the medical field also and that is very important to your patients, please let her know and thank her, it is very important to let Doctors, P.A.'s, and employees that they are appreciated it makes everything worth it. Also front desk person and back office employees were very professional yet personable, very pleasant experience thank you.
