Everyone at the clinic was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend them for an appropriate medical needs!
Professional and caring staff! Dr. Donald Smith is a commensurate professional who Explained all the steps of my procedure. The Nurses were fantastic, and the food tasted like it came from a five-star restaurant! This is my third surgery at Tampa General. It is not surprising that they are nationally ranked!
So far I have been there twice since it switched to TGH Fast track urgent care and I will say pleased both times. The first is I had to get stitches in my finger a few months ago and I looked and cannot tell which finger it was without knowing. The second time the nurse practitioner gave a thorough exam and between both time I will not hesitate to go back if needed.
The wait time was ridiculous and the fact I had to wait in my car being symptomatic. There should have been a separate line for people with and without symptoms that may help people genuinely not feeling good from being uncomfortable for 4/5 hours
Even though you guy's were very busy that day i came over. You helped attend to my need's the best you could. So in all great experience there, i'll be back again!
Every one from the person greeting at the front end to the nurse's, and the Dr's Was welcoming and professional. I appreciate everyone., may God continue to shine his light on all the staff at TGH🙏.
Everything was timely. But, do qualified nurses need a sonogram to find a vein. It was painful and took forever and is idiotic.
I appreciated the time spent listening to my concerns. The care I received was excellent. I will be using Fast Track going forward. Thank you for all that you do.
