Staff very pleasant however the wait to be seen, with appointment, was almost two hours. Perhaps spacing of appointments should be adjusted.
Everyone was very professional and made me very comfortable. Its only been a few hours since surgery with little discomfort. Taking Advil before laying down and it works wonders. A special thanks to Dr. Suner and his team.. John Gillen
Responsive, professional and attentive to detail.
Basically ok. Only problem was the long wait between sign in and the procedure. The physian fault not the facility. Would have been good if I was kept informed.
The NP took time with me and addressed my questions. Ladies at front desk very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your hard work during this difficult time.
The people that saw me was on point getting me to TGH to get the care that I so desperately needed.
Waited a lit longer than wanted but our lab tech was very nice
From the moment I entered the hospital I was treated with respect and curtesy, Everyone took the time to get me where I needed to be , the Nurses , assistants & specialist where very thorough and direct before the procedure, afterwards was as well handled properly, I never felt like I’d been forgotten or overlooked , my nurse took the time to make sure I understood what was expected of me , and explained follow up or emergency procedure if needed as I was being discharged, thank you for making a life changing experience the ... read more
