Excellent! Procedures leading to operation (paperwork & patient information) excellent. Availability of doctor for patient calls....excellent! Courtesy, respect, and responsibility of staff.... excellent.
The staff was very professional and pleasant. Treating PA was thorough and I was seen in a timely manner.
I was very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was fast and well done. Quick test as well as results and communication afterwards. Followed Covid requirements. Long drive to the test, but worth it!

The entire staff of Urgent Care of Wesley Chapel was completely caring and informative. Even made me laugh while taking a Covid Test. The test was taken on a Friday and I was given a personal call on Sunday with my negative results. I thought that was extremely considerate. Will definitely use this facility again for future illnesses.
