Amazing, helpful and warm employees
Easy to schedule pre-surgical COVID test. Friendly staff.
Easy access. Quick service. So easy to have my pre op covid test while sitting in my vehicle. Have nothing but good things to say about TGH.
Drs, nurses, and all personnel were excellent. Unfortunately there was no communication with family members on my status. The board monitoring my status was t working properly. They had no idea what was happening. I had to. There by 7:30 yet my surgery wasn’t u til 12:30?! All of my pre-op was done by 9:30 so I had to wait 3 hours doing nothing!! Poor planning on the scheduling. When we got there I asked what time I was schedule d for surgery and she said 11:00! I thought that was late enough but 12:30??? Then in recov... read more
Everyone was very kind and patient with me. I made an appointment online and didn’t have to wait long at all. I’d definitely go back!
Clean environment, maintaining distance, effective, pretty quick. Unfortunately no new discovery of what was the real cause of my pain, but there was some kind of infection because the day before I had fever I was given antibiotics by staff. It’s helping and to be follow up . Staff polite and helpful
All of the staff members are friendly and do a thorough job. The facility is clean and follows safety guidelines. I highly recommend this facility.
Ease of walking in for appointment was very helpful. All staff I came in contact were very professional and caring. My only complaint was that I had to complete multiple pages of information before I was seen when my pcp is with TGPG and most of the information was available in my chart.
Awesome! Staff did a wonderful job.
