Did very well. Called to inform us that they were there to replace light and then went above and beyond and called me back to ask about the tree limbs they had to cut. Very nice and courteous. Great communication.
The experience I had with the operator very satisfactory and I always will be my pleasure to do business with o e c. I'm not sure whether the electricians that come out and replace the the light bulb. I'm just getting home thanks oec for the years upgrade service since I have been a member thank you,

Fast service. The light works now.
I had both of my security lights replaced as one was completely out and the other one would go off and on. They were out in just a few days and it only took them approximately fifteen minutes to change them out. I was busy setting up the fireworks stand so they stopped and let me know they were on property. Nice friendly guys and got the job done fast. Very very pleased.

I was surprised last evening when the much needed security light was in use. Amazed how the bulb was changed because area wet, overgrown from so much rain. Thank you OEC for your timely assistance.
Turned in my street lamp at midnight. They were here to repair by 9am. Great service. Can we please get OEC Fiber soon???
