I called to report my security light being out and was helped promptly. That was about a week ago. I couldn't remember how long she said it would take, so I can't say that it's been long enough to be concerned about it not being fixed yet. It is usually fixed pretty fast, or what seems fast to me. Thank you for your help and service.

Your crew responded next day after i notified you of the problem. They were courteous, and informed me if what they planned to do, akso told me what the problem was. I am more than satisfied with the expetience.
So far so good. I just signed up and it seemed easy. I'm using the prepayment plan. The representative that I spoke with on the phone was super helpful and personable.

I called and they sent Workman out to fix my problem within a day. I was able to talk with someone immediately about the problem. This lady was professional and courteous. I had a yard light that wasn’t functioning properly. It was really dark. It’s great to have it working properly again. Thanks for fixing it in a timely manner. It was painless and the service was great. Thanks. Looking forward to having OEC fiber soon.
