I was amazed how quickly they responded! However they only cut down some of the branches that were touching the electrical wires.

Being able to turn service issues in over the OEC app works great, no time wasted being on hold. Excellent service, quick response time on coming out and fixing the security lights.
I filled out an online form on OEC's website indicating I had a security light out. It's on a telephone pole on my property, not accessible by me. Technicians showed up within 2 days with a truck and replaced the light with a brighter white LED light. Very good work, thank you.
